Ranging from relaxation to therapeutic depending on the clients specific needs, this treatment is best for reducing stress, improving circulation, and relieving minor to moderate pain and tension. Can utilize some deeper tissue techniques without being too much for more sensitive clients.
Deep Tissue Massage $85 and up*
Focuses on relieving chronic pain and tension by targeting specific muscle groups. More advanced techniques are used including myofascial release, neuromuscular, cupping, and trigger point therapy depending on the clients needs. Uses a slower, more firm pressure to reach the tissue at a deeper level to achieve the greatest level of pain relief.
Hot Stone Therapy $90 and up*
Incorporates the healing power of heat with traditional massage techniques. Warm stones are used over the entire body, melting away tension while also improving the function of the lymphatic and immune systems, and taking you into deep states of relaxation.
30 Minute Focused Massage $40
This treatment focuses on a specific area to give stress or pain relief for those with time or budget restraints. Neck and back, feet, or even just face and scalp, this treatment is great for a quick pick me up without sacrificing too much of your day. Also great for gift card purchases on a budget!
Foot Scrub Therapy $20
A decadent 15 minute add on to any service! Sugar scrub is massaged onto the feet leaving them feeling soft, smooth, and rejuvenated. Hot towels and stones are also used for an extra bit of pampering that your feet deserve!
